Glamping Deluxe Bell Tent

    Feel at home in a furnished 5m Bell Tent offering all the camping essentials, including hybrid air foam mattresses, super warm 15 tog duvets, hotel quality bedding, throws and cushions.

    Our glamping site, located only a stone’s throw away from the event in Campsite E, is the perfect place to unwind. Facilities include a private lounge, 24-hour concierge team, luxury toilets and shower facilities, along with electric hook-up.

    Your pitch will be available from midday Wednesday through to midday on the Monday after the event.

    Where do I collect my tickets?

    You may also collect your tickets on the day of the event, from the gates located at the entry points on the site. Please bring your payment reference number, which can be found on your ticket confirmation email. Please contact the Ticket Office on 01243 755055 if you have any questions about this option.

    There will be no admission without a ticket.

    Cancellations, refunds and resale

    Orders for tickets can be cancelled, exchanged or refunded within the first 48 hours after purchase only. Please submit your request to our Ticket Office by telephone on +44 (0)1243 755055 or email [email protected].

    Goodwood does not issue refunds after this initial 48-hour period but you may sell on your tickets via our official resale partner Twickets who are a fan-to-fan secure trading platform. Please note that selling or buying tickets on any other platform is strictly prohibited and tickets that are re-sold illegally via any other third party will be refused admittance to the event.

    Children’s tickets

    To help us maintain our safeguarding of children on event, children under the age of 12 are required to wear a wristband at all Goodwood Motorsport events. Children aged 12 and under do not require an admission ticket but must be accompanied by an adult and are required to wear a wristband, on which you can write your phone number. Wristbands must be ordered in advance online, or by calling our Ticket Office on +44 (0)1243 755055.

  • Delivery

    Delivery Tracking Service

    For your peace of mind this option provides you with a fully tracked service via Royal Mail. Your tickets will be delivered to an address of your choice with a photo on delivery. In-flight delivery options are also available. Please note – this is a tracked delivery service and not a priority service. You will receive your tickets no later than five days before the event.

    Post

    Our standard postage option means you will receive your tickets via 2nd class post, no later than five days before the event.

    Collect

    You may also collect your tickets on the day of the event, from the gates located at the entry points on the site. Please bring your payment reference number, which can be found on your ticket confirmation email. Collection is not available for camping and performance parking products.
