Delivery Tracking Service
For your peace of mind this option provides you with a fully tracked service via Royal Mail. Your tickets will be delivered to an address of your choice with a photo on delivery. In-flight delivery options are also available. Please note – this is a tracked delivery service and not a priority service. You will receive your tickets no later than five days before the event.
Post
Our standard postage option means you will receive your tickets via 2nd class post, no later than five days before the event.
Collect
You may also collect your tickets on the day of the event, from the gates located at the entry points on the site. Please bring your order number, which can be found on your ticket confirmation email. Please note: Parking and Camping cannot be collected at the gates, only in advance from the Ticket Office Front Desk.
