    Pre-book your parking space for seamless arrival. Car park 8 is situated adjacent to the East (Gordon) entrance.

    Please note that gazebos and BBQs are not permitted in our car parks. Coaches, mini buses and stretch limousines will not be allowed entry into Car Park 8 and must be booked into our Coach Park.

    Visit our getting here page to plan your journey. Please display your parking label in your vehicle on your front rear view mirror at all times.

    Gates open

    Gates open at 11:30am for all afternoon meetings. Car parks will be open 1 hour before gates open.

    First race times are subject to change, so please check our social media channels or racing media websites such as the Racing Post closer to the event.

    How do I receive my tickets?

    Post
    Our standard postage option means you will receive your tickets via 2nd class post, no later than five days before the event.

    Collect
    You may also collect your tickets on the day of the event, from the gates located at the entry points on the site. Please bring your payment reference number, which can be found on your ticket confirmation email. Please contact the Ticket Office on 01243 755055 if you have any questions about this option.

    Cancellations, refunds and resale

    Orders for tickets can be cancelled, exchanged or refunded within the first 48 hours after purchase only. Please submit your request to our Ticket Office by telephone on 01243 755055 or email [email protected].

    Goodwood does not issue refunds after this initial 48-hour period unless the event is cancelled. Please note that selling or buying tickets on any other platform or via ticket touts is strictly prohibited and tickets that are re-sold illegally via any other third party may be refused admittance.

    If the event has to be cancelled, or abandoned part-way through the day, the policy is as follows.

    Race meeting abandoned before completion of one race – 100% refund.

    Abandoned before completion of three races or the feature race whichever is later – 50% refund.

    Abandoned after three races or the feature race whichever is later – no refund.
